Effie South Africa, launched in 2021, is part of the global network of Effie Worldwide, which has championed the practice of marketing effectiveness for over 50 years. Recognised globally as the premier accolade in the advertising and marketing industry, the Effie Awards celebrate Ideas That Work®—campaigns that deliver measurable success.

Hosted in partnership with the Association for Communication and Advertising (ACA), Effie South Africa stands as the 49th national programme in the Effie family. Effie is committed to driving excellence in marketing through education, thought leadership, and its highly anticipated awards programme. The Effie Dialogue series, introduced to foster meaningful discussions, brings industry leaders together to explore key trends and innovations, including the critical role of effectiveness in marketing today.

Effie South Africa not only honours the country’s most effective campaigns but also provides a forum for learning and growth, encouraging brands and agencies to aim for greater marketing success.
